黃文琪老師及鄭秋桂老師前往泰國參加「6th Thailand-Taiwan Academic Cooperation Conference on “Food and Agricultural Innovation: Going Global”」國際研討會發表文章，題目「Geographical Indicator and Food mileage: Implications for International Agricultural Product Marketing」，熱農系博士班指導學生發表文章題目「Consumers’ Perception and Attitude of Organic Food in Chiang Mai, Thailand」

103.11.04黃文琪老師擔任國際學院主辦之2014 International Conference on Food Security and Production (2014全球糧食安全與生產國際研討會)之「糧食安全政之政策分析」單元之召集人，並邀請亞洲農民協會(AFA)秘書長Ma. Estrella A. Penunia擔任研討會專題講座主講人；農企業管理系雙聯學制畢業生梅笛娜同學參加2014 International Conference on Food Security and Production ( 2014全球糧食安全與生產國際研討會)之「糧食安全之政策分析」單元發表論文，獲得最佳口頭報告論文獎。
